The manager, Martin, and Amanda at the Crescent Milano were absolutely superb! We accidentally left our shopping bag behind, and they were so kind to keep it safe for us until we returned two days later. They handled everything with professionalism and care. Thank you both for such excellent service; we truly appreciated it.

The food was fabulous, but unfortunately the service was horrible and made the whole experience unpleasant.

Our table was never checked on, and our server came across as rude. It felt like we were bothering them just by ordering or asking questions about the deals that are advertised throughout the restaurant.

It’s a shame because the food was excellent, but the poor service really let the experience down.

Nice place as a set up and that’s all ! Pizza is by far the worse we ever had ! Not to mention the service ,no napkins,wrong order,rude service staff ! We were a group of six and will never return to this place !
